Sorry that it has been so long since my last update but I can assure you everything is going great for Tyler. His health has been the best lately then it has been in years. This month marks his 3rd anniversary since his diagnosis of Hirschsprung's Disease and his first surgery. So much has happened in 3 years. Some other good news to report he has even gained some weight over the last 6 months, as of last week he was at 48 pounds. Still a tiny or skinny little guy but definitely gaining weight. It definitely shows that having to take gluten,dairy and soy from his diet has not affected him gaining weight.
Soon Tyler will work on his Pinewood Derby car for cub scouts and race it on the 15th. Then he is going to be a tree in his class production of The Junglebook. At the end of the month we will be taking our first mini vacation of 2011 (and actually a first time experience for all of us as well). We are going down to los angeles to welcome the Disney Cruiseline to the west coast with a 2 day Cruise to Nowhere. We are all excited and looking forward to some fun adventures.
